High division of the brachial artery
Body was changed:

TheA high division of the brachial artery is a high upan unusually proximal bifurcation into of the brachial artery into its ulnar and radial arteries branches in the upper arm.

It's is an anatomical variant of the arterial branching pattern of the upper limb.

Description

TheIn general, the brachial artery normally dividesbifurcates into it'sits terminal branches at the level of the neck of the radius, in the cubital fossa, but it's is not unusual to find a much earlier bifurcation of the brachial artery at the level of the coracobrachialis muscle insertion or below. A rare case of terminationbifurcation of the brachial artery at it'sits commencement below the lower border of the teres major musclehas also been described 1.
