Johanson-Blizzard syndromeis a disorder of ectodermal dysplasia with a widewide variability in its manifestations. It is thought to have an autosomal recessive inheritance.

Clinical presentation

There is a wide variability in the clinical presentation, but common features are:

  • low birth weight
