The lump corresponds to a heterogeneous complex hematoma in the right spermatic cord within the inguinal canal that measures 41 x 30 x 22 mm. There is no internal vascularity. No recurrent hernia is evident.
Case Discussion
The hematoma resolved over the next 3 months.
