Presentation

Right groin lump. Six weeks post-direct inguinal hernia repair. Does not examine like a recurrent hernia.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

The lump corresponds to a heterogeneous complex hematoma in the right spermatic cord within the inguinal canal that measures 41 x 30 x 22 mm. There is no internal vascularity. No recurrent hernia is evident.
