In the right temporal lobe a large mass is present with positive mass effect. 

In the right temporal lobe a large mass with solid areas of tissue with prominent diffusion restricted suggesting high cellularity.

This 20-month-old boy went on to have surgery. ATRT was confirmed histologically.
