Small well-defined extra-axial lesion at the right cerebellopontine angle surrounding the facial/vestibulocochlear nerve measuring 8 x 6 x 4 mm. It elicits a high signal on T1, T2 and FLAIR, attenuated on fat-suppressed sequences with no enhancement on post-contrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with a cerebellopontine angle (CPA) lipoma.
