Large unilocular well-defined pericoronal radiolucency is seen at the left side of mandible which have a thin regular sclerotic margin and expand the overlying cortex without cortical breach. The lesion also contain an unerrupted permanent tooth.
Case Discussion
The findings are compatible with a dentigerous cyst, a slow-growing benign and non-inflammatory odontogenic cyst thought to be developmental.
