An intramedullary small radiolucent lesion with narrow zone of transition, chondroid ring and arch calcification without any endosteal scalloping or cortical break or periosteal reaction is noted at left humeral upper shaft/metaphyseal region. No aggressive features.

Features are suggestive of enchondroma at one of its typical locations.
