Small ovoid structure of fatty density in the left iliac fossa, adjacent to the sigmoid colon with a thin peripheral high-density rim "hyperattenuating ring sign" and surrounding fat stranding. No significant thickening of the adjacent sigmoid wall.
A small simple hepatic cyst (7 mm) of segment 3.
Small umbilical hernia.
