Hypoattenuation of brain parenchyma in the whole right middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery territory (indicating a fetal PCA origin) with effacement of cerebral sulci and gyri, as well as compression of the right lateral ventricle and shift of the midline structures to the left.
