Under investigation of macroscopic hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
  • well-circumscribed, non-calcified, non-enhancing homogeneous fat attenuation mass (average density= -114 HU) within the right latissimus dorsi muscle.

Case Discussion

Incidental finding of a fat attenuation lesion with the right latissimus dorsi muscle which is likely a lipoma.
