Increasing shortness of breath with cough and productive sputum.

Left upper lobe collapse
Veil-like opacity over the left hemithorax
Case Discussion
There is partial left upper lobe collapse. The patient had a history of myeloma. Lobar atelectasis was confirmed at CT, but no obstructing lesion was demonstrated.
