Multiple miliary pulmonary nodules randomly distributed throughout both lungs, characteristic for miliary disease.
Multiple enlarged paratracheal and prevascular lymph nodes.
L1 vertebral body osteolytic lesions, suggestive of TB spondyolitis.
Case Discussion
The patient tested positive for sputum acid-fast bacilli (AFP) and genexpert for TB.
The radiological criteria for this case were highly suggestive of TB especially the miliary nodules and the vertebral involvement.
