Bulky uterus demonstrating a single gestational sac with irregular margins. There is no fetal pole or fetal cardiac activity within.
GS (MSD) = 22 mm.
Case Discussion
This case may lead to the diagnosis of anembryonic pregnancy (blighted ovum). However, it does not meet definitive diagnostic criteria and follow up ultrasound is required for confirmation.
