Presentation

Chronic headache, nasal discharge; Presents with frontal swelling and pus discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
CT

Frontal sinusitis is seen with bony remodelling/sclerosis, and cortical defect in frontal bone with an communicating sinus to the skin surface, suggesting osteomyelitic changes secondary to sinusitis.

Case Discussion

The images are consistent with Pott puffy tumour.
