Presentation

Evaluate lung disease.

Patient Data

Gender: Male
ct

Mild mediastinal and hilar adenopathy. 

Perihilar and upper/mid lung predominant peribronchovascular and perilymphatic nodules of varying sizes and irregular configuration. 

Small consolidation left upper lobe. 

Case Discussion

Case indication was to restage pulmonary sarcoidosis, which shows typical imaging findings of adenopathy and perilymphatic/bronchovascular nodules.
