Presentation

Chief complaint: fever, cough, body pain, and vomiting for 5 days. Chest examination: crepitation over the right lower lung region.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

The chest X-ray shows a heterogenous consolidation at the right lower lung zone, with an air bronchogram sign.

Normal heart size.

Both CP angels are free.

The right cardiac border is still intact indicating the right lower lung lobe pneumonia.
