Pain on the right wrist. Accidentally twisted his left foot while playing cricket then he landed forcefully to the ground with his right hand first. (+) tenderness, swelling, bilateral part of the right wrist, (-) open wound Non-work related injury

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Fracture in the scaphoid bone of the right wrist.

Scaphoid fat pad sign is seen.

Case Discussion

Treatment was: Ethyl chloride spray, bandage, and splint applied.

Scaphoid fracture seen in adults more than elder men.
