The right seminal vesicle is absent (agenesis), while the left seminal vesicle is hypoplastic.
Case Discussion
Unilateral agenesis of seminal vesicle as seen in this case, is a documented cause of male infertility and abnormal semen analysis. It may be associated with unilateral renal agenesis, however correlative USG (not shown) showed normal kidneys in this patient.
