The lower half of the sternal body is depressed posteriorly with corresponding rib deformity causing displacement of the heart to the left side. The narrowest AP diameter of the chest cage measures about 63 mm and the widest transverse diameter of the chest cage measures about 243 mm.
Otherwise normal appearances.
