Pulsating mass in the right supraclavicular notch.

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Aneurysmal dilatation of the right subclavian artery. 

mri

Maximal 3 cm aneurysm of the right subclavian artery giving rise to the vertebral artery, the thyrocervical trunk, and the internal thoracic artery.

Case Discussion

Probably a congenital case, for there were no other signs of vascular disease.
