Vulval tumour - FIGO stage IIIb

An intermediate signal vulval soft tissue mass centred on the left labia majora involving the anus posteriorly and extending across the right vaginal introitus.
A separate tumour nodule just anterior to the left main mass. Also, there is a pathological left inguinal node.
Overall appearances are consistent with vulval tumour, FIGO stage IIIB.

A case of a locally advanced vulval tumour with staging MRI conducted to assess the depth of invasion to assist in treatment planning.
