Right renal agenesis associated with right seminal vesicle cyst. There is a suspected atretic right ureter opening into the right seminal vesicle.
Case Discussion
CT features are suggestive of Zinner syndrome, a rare syndrome related to mesonephric (Wolffian) duct anomalies comprising unilateral renal agenesis, ipsilateral seminal vesicle cyst, and ejaculatory duct obstruction.
Thanks to professors Dr Adele Dadkhah and Dr Seyed Morteza Bagheri for the diagnosis and the report.
