Positive PCL line sign
Positive PCL line sign is an indirect sign of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear based on secondary changes of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) on MRI images. A line tangent to the upper border of the PCL should normally intersect medullary cavity of the distal femur, if it does not, it would be suggestive of ACL tear.
