Multilocular cystic lesion with irregular but sharp contours. Partly hemorrhagic content with fluid-fluid levels. Some perifocal bone edema. Only slight rim enhancements (Note that the blood-containing cavities are hyperintense on native T1 already).
Case Discussion
Fluid-fluid levels are considered as characteristic, but not specific to ABCs.
