Minimal bilateral proptosis is noted.
Bilateral symmetrical enlargement with T2 hyperintensity and homogenous enhancement, of inferior rectus and medial rectus extraocular muscle bellies with sparing of their tendinous insertions (Coca-Cola bottle appearance).
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with thyroid-associated orbitopathy, however, it should be differentiated from orbital pseudotumor.
