epididymal cyst (most common epididymal mass)
scrotal hemangioma: is often hypervascular on color Doppler, unlike other benign paratesticular lesions that usually show little vascularity

scrotal lipoma (most common paratesticular neoplasm, usually arising from spermatic cord; seen in about 22% of patients who had hernia repair) 1
papillary cystadenoma (of epididymis): most common epididymal mass on those with von Hippel Lindau disease (vHL)
