Anti-Jo-1 antibody positive interstitial lung disease refer to cases of interstitial lung disease occurring in the setting on anti-Jo-1 antibody positivity.

Pathology
Anti-Jo-1 antibody positivity has a recognized association with interstitial lung disease. This most commonly occurs in a setting of polymyositis or dermatomyositis but can also occur in other situations such as antisynthetase syndrome.
Radiographic features
CT chest
According to once study a non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) pattern was considered the most common pattern (52%), followed by NSIP overlapping with organizing pneumonia (OP) pattern (22%) 6.
Treatment and prognosis
This condition has a variable prognosis. Treatment with corticosteroids and immunosuppressant drugs is often considered required in most patients 3.
